Every Executive Home Care team member undergoes a thorough criminal record check, professional reference verification, and in-person interview before joining our team. Because we maintain a deliberately small client roster, we are able to assign a consistent primary caregiver to each client rather than rotating staff. In most cases we can arrange a free in-home consultation within 24–48 hours and begin care within a few days of that meeting. For urgent situations — such as a hospital discharge or a sudden change in a loved one’s condition — please call us directly and we will do everything we can to fast-track the process.

Our fees are based on the type and frequency of care required, and are confirmed in writing after a free in-home consultation — there are no hidden charges or surprises. We are happy to discuss your budget openly and help you understand what level of support is achievable.
